Why Colour Light?

Colour is the essence of life
To explain how colorlight can relieve complaints, we take a look at the science of color and light. When light is focused on your body, it penetrates deep into your cells.
The cells in our body pick up signals from outside, meaning that when you are in a pleasant and soothing environment, your cells will respond by programming themselves into a pleasant and quiet mode. If you are in a stressful and chaotic environment, your cells will also adapt to this environment….you become stressed. Your cells adapt, as it were, to the environment in which your physical body is located.
Logical in itself, because when the sun shines we generally feel a lot happier and better than when it is grey and dirty outside again. We can therefore say that light has a positive effect on us.
Colour
Colour has a greater influence on us than you might initially think. But when you start thinking about it carefully you will see that colours affect us daily. For example, this starts in the morning when you get dressed, one colour will look better than the other, ultimately determining whether you feel good at what you are wearing.
If you feel good in the clothes you wear, you will not only feel this inside but you will also radiate this. Besides the colours we determine ourselves in our choice of clothing and the interior of the house, our brains are also influenced by colours from outside.
A good example of this are advertisements and logos of companies. The colours they use are not left to chance, they are carefully selected to stimulate a certain emotion in the consumer. These emotions then encourage us to take a certain action. Fast food chains will choose colours that do attract (they want you to come in), but they won’t be attractive enough to stay in for a long time (they want you to leave soon).
Take a look at the picture and you’ll see that the colors convey the right message.
Colorlight
Back to our cells….. Besides picking up signals, cells themselves also send out signals. For example, your cells already send out a signal when a flu is imminent. They emit this even before your physical body shows the symptoms of the flu. In theory, you could tackle the flu even before it spreads.
Albert Einstein discovered in his time that cells react to light and later other researchers showed that the combination of light with a certain color has a “relieving” effect on cells when they are in a stress or flu mode. At Tweaklite we looked at which colours in combination with light relieve certain complaints. With this theory in mind, all Tweaks have been carefully developed.
The use of colorlight therapy seems to be a logical solution! Incidentally, the use of this method is centuries old and can be traced far back to ancient Egypt. The Egyptians used colorlight a lot to treat both physical and mental complaints.
Essence of life
Colour might very well be the most impressive experience we take for granted. Look around you; it is everywhere, around you and around us. We interpret life as much by colour as by form, texture and sound. The truth is, the power of colour is the essence of life.
Our main source of energy is light, and the whole spectrum of colors is derived from light. Sunlight, which contains all wavelengths, consists of the entire electromagnetic spectrum on which we depend to exist on this planet.
Light flows through our eyes and activates hormone production, which affects our entire complex biochemical system. This biochemical system then affects our well-being.
We know that each colour in the visible light spectrum has its own wavelength and frequency, which generates a specific energy and has a nourishing effect. We know that some rays can be dangerous when exposed to them. But the visible light, the colours of the rainbow, has a beneficial effect on us. Light is the only energy we can see, and we see it in the form of colour.
Our body absorbs color energy through a vibration that is released. All organs, body systems and functions are connected to the most important energy centers. Through color we receive all the energies we need to maintain a healthy body, mind and soul.
The National Institute of Mental Health has conducted studies that show that our mental health, behavior and overall efficiency in life depend to a large extent on a natural color balance. If something goes wrong or is out of balance, we can strengthen our energy centers by consciously using color.
